Bianca Hanson (formerly Palumbo) and Nicholas “Nick” Palumbo are Co-Hosts of The Uncorked Corner Podcast. And, like many of the best duos, these Co-Hosts are siblings too!
In 2018, Bianca started Uncorked Corner from the Palumbo family home as a place to share her love of the wine industry. It has since blossomed into a food and booze podcast and blog that covers everything from whiskey to waffles. While Bianca pulls in her excitement around viticulture, bottle labeling, and food & wine pairings, Nick hunts down the most standout whiskeys and scotches from across the globe (and across pricepoints).
Our blog is meant to cover everything from food & booze education to recipes, interviews, and tasty travels. While this duo records more than types, the team is eager to put more content in front of readers in 2023.
